I came back to KL end of July 2009 and have been actively looking for property. I have seen built/under construction properties in Ampang area, Mont Kiara, Hartamas and Bukit Damansara. I stumbled upon 1Sentul on one of my propery hunt outings.
1Sentul perfectly fits KL'ians property investors' criteria of a good investment. Excellent accessibility from various corner of KL, which translates into flexibility and strategic location. Not to mention luxury tower facilities, relatively low in density and good aerial view from high floors. More importantly, 1Sentul requires relatively low initial investments.
I didn't know much about the developers and have read lots of comments about them in the forum. In my opinion, any developers would strive to complete a marketable project such as 1Sentul.
Personally, i do have a good feel about this project. It took me less than one hour to arrive at the decision to invest on 1Sentul.
Keep up the good job, I am definitely a regular visitor to your blog from now on.
